Milk Mask for Dry Skin

This recipe makes a mask for two

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp powdered milk
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp aloe vera gel
  • 2 drops essential oil

Preparation:

This is a classic milk mask for the face. Mix ingredients well, apply to face, let sit for 15 minutes, wash off with warm water. This recipe is enough for two. (Note: The original recipe called for 1 tbsp pulverized almonds, but I have removed it from the ingredients list because almonds, no matter how pulverized, can tear at skin).

Facial and Skin Care

Daily skin & facial care makes us look more charming and beautiful. By following some easy tips, you can look younger and more beautiful without spending too much of extra time and money. Before beginning you skin care regime, consider your skin type, is it oily, normal, combination, dry, sensitive, or sun-damaged. After knowing your skin type, you can use products available in the market meant for your skin. However, healthy skin is something that is from within; eating healthy food and avoiding stress can help you the most in this. The four basic steps of skin and facial care are:

Cleansing
Start your skin care with cleansing. Get a cleanser that suits your skin type. Steer clear of soaps as they make your skin dry; cleansers on the other hand contain oil, surfactants and water. Cleanser helps to remove oil, dirt and makeup from your skin effectively. However, using cleanser too often can also be harmful; at times just washing your face at night is enough. In the morning, it's great to use a splash of lukewarm water to remove excess oils from your skin caused by nightly moisturizer.

Scrubbing
Scrubs are very useful for removing the top layer of dead skin cells that make your complexion dull. A gentle scrub with tiny grains is the best for all skin types, as big grains in cheap scrubs can tear your skin and can cause rather more harm than good. You can also use a half-teaspoon of sugar for scrubbing your face. Keep rubbing it until it melts away and then wipe off your face with a warm & wet cloth. Thrash of the flour can also be used for scrubbing. You can also find some good scrubs in the market.

Moisturizing
Moisturizer is a must for everyone, no matter which skin type you have. Even oily skin will benefit from moisturizers. Only the skin with acne should avoid it. Your skin will tell you that how much moisturizer is needed. If your skin is tight, it means that it needs moisture, but do not over moisturize your skin as it can cause clogged pores. You can go for any of the good quality moisturizers available in the market, but make sure that you read the information written on it as for which skin type it may be used. Olive oil can also be used to give your face required moisture, but it can only be used in winters.

Use Sun-Screen
The skin care you're doing can go waste if you don't have the habit of using sun-screen lotion. Yes, the UV Rays of the Sun adversely affect our skin, even causing skin cancer. It is important to make a protection shield on your skin while going out. Skin care is not only about doing cleansing, scrubbing and moisturizing, but it's also about maintaining. Apply sun-screen lotion daily on exposed parts of the body on daily basis to avoid tanning and other skin-related problems.

Some Other Skin-Care Tips
Along with your face, other parts of your body also need care. If your eyes look puffy or swollen, wash your face and cover your eyes with sliced potatoes or cucumbers for a few minutes. This is really effective in the morning. Clean you nails with white vinegar before applying nail polish for a smoother finish and make it last longer. Olive oil mixed with melted beeswax can serve as a great lip balm. Try all these tips suggested and get prepared for receiving bunch of compliments for your glowing & youthful skin.

we waste all the 8years being togther

I love you because you make me happy
I love you because you make me feel safe and secure
I love your smile
I love the way you say my name
I love the look in your eyes when you tell me you love me
And how you laugh at me when I do something stupid, when others would put
me down.
I love the fact that when I'm around you I can be myself and not worry
about what you may think of me, because I know you love me for who I am.
No matter what my faults may be.
I love being able to wake up with you by my side... It makes my days
better
At night I love watching you sleep, hearing you take each breath, and
feeling your heart beat with the palm of my hand... reality hits that you
are not a dream YOU ARE MINE.
I love the way you wrap your arms around me and hold me really tight, like
there is no tomorrow
And I love the way I feel when your lips barely touch mine for a kiss, the
love and emotions that go through me at that moment are unexplainable.
I love your laugh
I love hearing your voice
I love that you get along with my family and friend, no matter how much
you dislike them, or who they are.
And hearing you tell me your stories, you could tell them to me a thousand
times, and I will never get tired of them, because they are a part of you.

But the main reason I love you is because.....

You are you!

but............
Since you are gone,
I have made a list of what I want
you to remember about me.
I want you to remember
my soft hands.
I want you to remember
my sweet kiss.
I want you to remember
my shy voice.
I want you to remember
my shiny hair.
I want you to remember
my sparkling eyes.
And most of all,
I want you to remember
when you said you would never leave me.
But you did.

KIMCHI RECIPE.

1 large Chinese or Napa Cabbage
1 gallon (4l) water
1/2 cup (100g) coarse salt

1 small head of garlic, peeled and finely minced
one 2-inch (6cm) piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1/4 cup (60ml) fish sauce
1/3 cup (80ml) chili paste or 1/2 cup Korean chili powder
1 bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch (3cm) lengths (use the dark green part, too, except for the tough ends)
1 medium daikon radish, peeled and grated
1 teaspoon sugar or honey

1. Slice the cabbage lengthwise in half, then slice each half lengthwise into 3 sections. Cut away the tough stem chunks.

2. Dissolve the salt in the water in a very large container, then submerge the cabbage under the water. Put a plate on top to make sure they stay under water, then let stand for 2 hours.

3. Mix the other ingredients in a very large metal or glass bowl.

4. Drain the cabbage, rinse it, and squeeze it dry.

5. Here's the scary part: mix it all up.

Some recipes advise wearing rubber gloves since the chili paste can stain your hands.

6. Pack the kimchi in a clean glass jar large enough to hold it all and cover it tightly. Let stand for one to two days in a cool place, around room temperature.

7. Check the kimchi after 1-2 days. If it's bubbling a bit, it's ready and should be refrigerated. If not, let it stand another day, when it should be ready.

8. Once it's fermenting, serve or store in the refrigerator. If you want, add a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds over the kimchi for serving.

Storage: Many advise to eat the kimchi within 3 weeks. After that, it can get too fermented.

KL....

KL's Chinatown is great; sights, smells, sounds - they all envelop you as you arrive. The place does not really get going until late afternoon and by early evening it's crazy. People everwhere and everyone having a great time.

You can shop for everything here - leathergoods, shoes, clothes, materials, linen, lots of traditional items and of course souvenirs of every description.

It does get very crowded so if you don't like crowds go early. It can also be very hot under the awnings and between the stalls.

Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad

KAEDAH HIDROPONIK

Sistem Pengaliran Nutrien

Kaedah hidroponik memerlukan perbelanjaan agak rendah jika dibandingkan dengan kaedah biasa bagi mendapatkan alat-alat seperti berikut:
i) Pam air untuk aknarium.

Sistem Takung

Bagi sistem takung punca peralatan berikut adalah diperlukan:i) Takung tanaman.
ii) Penutup (diperbuat daripada polisterin, plastik). iii) Pasu plastik kecil (jika perlu).

Life isn't a Disney movie, love isn't perfect

For every heart that finds love, there is a heart that cries. For every dream that is reborn, there is a dream that dies. For every day filled with sun, there is a day of rain. For every hour filled with joy there is an hour of pain. For every smile upon a face, there is a tear to cry. For every fond hello you say, there is a sad goodbye.

Before I met u I dream of someone holding my hand, before I was with u I had to dream of someone kissing me goodnight. Before I met u I actually hated myself, I had no reason for living and I had no reason for going on. u have me hope and u gave me love and u gave me a reason to go on. u gave me the power to love myself and I will never forget that.

And what I finally decided i§, maybe I don't want to get over you, maybe I don't want anyone but you, maybe thats why I still think about you everyday even though I know we will never have what we used to..maybe

When you remember how hard it is to change yourself, you begin to understand what little chance we have of changing others...

im not okey

hope u still be here with me..i really love u papa....but u never understand me.im so sick..lets the time to fix it.

MY FIRST LOVE-HEARTBREAK

I’m lying here
Thinking of you
In my own little world
Where everything’s okay
Where I’m happy
Where I remember every word you say
But I know now
We’re not meant to be
You just told me
That I’m not the one you see
As more than a friend
But there will always be a place for you
In my heart, in my soul
Time can’t change what I’m feeling for you
You can make me whole
I am heartbroken
It’s not spoken
But it’s there
I am heartbroken
It’s all open
My love is pouring out again
I’m lying here
In my bed, mind ashore
I’m all alone and I feel
Like nothing matters anymore
I like to think
That things can change
But I know now
It’s not true
It’s irreversible
But you’re still irresistible
And that’s what hurts
But there will always be a place for you
In my heart, in my soul
Time can’t change what I’m feeling for you
You can make me whole
I am heartbroken
It’s not spoken
But it’s there
I am heartbroken
It’s all open
My love is pouring out again…

I will never forget the days we once had
The days when you were everything to me
My mind used to tell me we'd be together forever
But now I realize that was all a big dream
The feelings I have for you will never go
I wish I could take back that one regretful day
The day when I willingly let you slide from my arms
Never did I think of the astonishing pain of regrets
That I would once have to live through
The sight of you in someone else's arms
Makes my heart shatter into a million pieces
I sometimes wonder if you still think of me
Or if to you, I'm just a face in the crowd
I wish so very much that one day we can have it all back
But for now, I'll sit here silently
Remembering all the memories we once shared

J.REYEZ

J.REYEZ LOVE U
J.REYEZ-BIG FUN TO U
J.REYEZ -I LOVE YOU MUSIC
J.REYEZ - COOL
J.REYEZ
J.REYEZ
J.REYEZ
The J stands for the initial of his first name (Justin) and the Reyez (Rise, Eyez with an R) stands for his fast elevation since stepping in to the music game. Born in East yet raised in the West, this young lyricist displays a disciplined work ethic rarely seen at his age with a quite confidence of an industry veteran.

J.Reyez has emerged as one of Canada's most multi dimensional Hip Hop prospects versed in the new school DIY "Do It Yourself" era of writing, producing, recording, mixing/engineering, photography/graphic design and most recently directing and editing music video's. He has been profiled on HipHopCanada.com and Hip Hop's biggest online video sharing site, WorldStarHipHop.com. His smooth transition from verse to verse in a rhyme is continued from shot to shot in the videos he produces. This 'double edged sword' is cutting through the fat of Maple Leaf rap leaving listeners to a leaner cut of prime rhymes.

Sought after as the fresh vision for street artists, some industry insiders say he is taking the online indie game to another level through his Youtube and Myspace creations. Also understanding the importance of artistic collaboration J.Reyez teamed up with R&B singer Chris Jackson on the track 'Suffocate' which premiered on Buffalo NY's radio station 93.7 WBLK and climbed the charts to #1 on the Unsigned Hype radio show. J.Reyez has also been played in heavy rotation on London's 94.9 FM "The Come Up Show" and 106.9 FM "The X" and 93.3 CFMU 'Live and Direct'. This balance of underground online presence and main stream media support demonstrates this young talent is making moves well beyond the Canadian borders.

So needless to say his GRIND is now paying off as his legion of fans are quickly growing globally online. As they closely watch his every move, he has consistently stepped his game up song after song and show after show, video after video. Before even turning 18, J.Reyez had 25 regional shows under his belt and captured the underground hip hop circles through his relentless hustle. To top it off he is an officially sponsored artist for the clothing line Tragic Glory whose message is to always turn negative situations into positive ones through their involvement with World Vision sponsorship as well as donating to the Canadian Cancer Society. J.Reyez is exactly what is needed for Canadian Hip Hop, while others wait, he is already doing it for himself.

MY ETHNIC IS DUSUN

The largest ethnic group is the Dusun/Kadazan which comprise about one third of the population. They are traditionally farmers practising wet rice or hill rice cultivation with some hunting and riverine fishing. The various subgroups within the Dusun/Kadazan group which include the Kadazan of Penampang and Papar, the Lotud, the Rungus and other subgroups from the Tempasuk, Tambunan, Ranau and other districts, share a common belief system with variations in customs and practice. This ethnic group uses the Kadazandusun language as their mother tongue.
